Cancellation and Refund Policy
Zinai Digital IT Services Private Limited (“Zinai Digital”, “we”, “us”) provides SEO, Google Ads, Meta and Instagram Ads, and web development services on a retainer basis, billed monthly through Zoho Books. This policy explains how cancellations and refunds are handled for these recurring service engagements.
Cancellation of Services
- Either party may cancel an ongoing monthly retainer by providing at least 15 days’ written notice by email to hello@zinaidigital.in before the next billing cycle.
- Work already delivered and invoiced up to the cancellation date remains payable in full.
- Cancellation takes effect at the end of the current billing cycle; we do not offer mid-cycle prorated cancellations.
- Access to any reporting dashboards, ad accounts, or deliverables under our control will be handed over or revoked as agreed at the time of offboarding.
Refunds
Because our services involve ongoing strategic work, campaign management, and execution hours delivered during each billing cycle, payments already processed for a completed billing cycle are generally non-refundable.
A refund may be considered, at our discretion, in the following situations:
- A duplicate or incorrect payment was charged through Zoho Books.
- An invoice was raised in error, for an amount not agreed upon, or for a service period not actually delivered.
- We are unable to commence the agreed service after payment has been collected.
To request a refund, contact us at hello@zinaidigital.in or call/WhatsApp +91 91880 11369 within 7 days of the charge, with your invoice reference. Approved refunds are processed back to the original payment method via Zoho Books within 7 to 10 business days.
Ad Spend and Third-Party Costs
Where a retainer includes managing advertising budgets on platforms such as Google Ads or Meta Ads, any ad spend already delivered to those platforms is non-refundable by us, as it is billed directly by the respective platform or passed through to them.
